Our carpet was cleaned last Wednesday. It was the first time in the 15 years since it was put down. It’s a light cream color and we’ve always gone shoeless in the house to maintain its cleanliness. We could see traffic areas, not badly soiled, but visible. However, we surely didn’t realize just how soiled the carpet was until we look at it now. I discovered Blueagle carpet cleaning company via a Google search in our town of Rock Hill, SC. I decided to use them because I was treated like an intelligent and caring consumer, rather than someone they wouldn’t care about later. They first came and picked up our 16×16 rug that was the victim of nausea, urine or feces of our 3 cats and one dog. We always cleaned up after them, but somehow a stain always remained. I used all kinds of cleaners, even renting a machine at my local hardware to no avail. They did an amazing job and got rid of about 95% of the spots. My wife and I were so happy that I surprised her by having them back to clean our master bedroom, upstairs bonus room, and the stairs leading up to the second floor. The two young men that do the work (I believe their sons) are very thorough and caring about the furniture, the entire house. I have used Blueagle’s carpet cleaning service twice under two very different sets of circumstances, and in both cases I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results or the customer service. The first visit was a routine cleaning, and my carpet looked fantastic both when they left and for months afterward. The cleaners were friendly, thorough, and efficient, and they took care to ensure I was informed about the process and that my questions were answered. Excellent! The second visit was an emergency call after my dog was very sick. The Blueagle team was able to remove the four new stains and even some older ones, and the before and after scenes were dramatically different. Afterward there were no signs of the stains, and the Blueagle cleaners let me know that if I saw any hint of discoloration return in the following week they would make a return visit free of charge.
